Shitbox Rally NZ means the New Zealand based car rally run annually by Box Rallies as generally described in the Shitbox Rally NZ Terms and Conditions.
Shitbox Rally NZ Assistants means all persons engaged (whether voluntarily or otherwise) or employed by Mr James Freeman or the Chamberlayne Trust in the planning and/or organisation of the Shitbox Rally NZ including but not limited to Deborah Forbes.
Shitbox Rally NZ Director means James Freeman or as otherwise advised.
Shitbox Rally NZ Organisers means Box Rallies Pty Ltd ACN 603 209 409, the Shitbox Rally NZ Director.

These organisations include, but are not limited to Cancer Council and Everyday Hero.
